Hayley Bennett is a trombonist, vocalist, and music educator.
She has loved music from a young age and pursued her passion by achieving a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies with a focus on Education at Capilano University. During her time in University she had the opportunity to perform alongside musicians including Maria Schneider, Donny McCaslin, Bria Skonberg, Wycliffe Gordon, and many more while playing in the ‘A Band’ and singing in top vocal group ‘Nitecap’.
Hayley currently teaches private piano and voice lessons and will be pursuing a Bachelor of Education at the University of British Columbia in the fall of 2022. you can find her playing around the Lower Mainland with Sister Jazz Orchestra and the Leading Ladies Little Big Band.
